Event description

kirtan on Crown is a transformative sound based group meditation to deepen your mindfulness, meditation and self awareness through Mantra practices. Guided by Nadav, we explore sounds and chants to restore, balance and re-connect us back to the heart of who we are as we tune into the activating force of universal sounds. Suitable for lovers of Kirtan and mantra and suitable for absolute beginners. 

The Kirtan is followed by Chai and a moment to hang around, chat and meet other participants and integrate the experience in community.
