Kisses (Naarm), Love Banana & The Sleeves at M-Arts
Event description
Join us on Sunday May 18th 6-9pm for an evening of dancing & sweet music with sets from Kisses (Naarm), Love Banana and The Sleeves at well loved M-Arts in Murwillumbah!
Kisses are coming to town all the way from Naarm/Melbourne. They are a dreamy five piece band composed of sweethearts Vindi Ferguson, Samuel Eidelson, Zia Sikora, Lewis Shaw and Noah Riseley. Their music is sweet, melodic and a touch of cowboy with melancholic vocals paired with harmonica and violin. Their recent self titled album is a poetic and comforting listen.
Love Banana are beloved Yugambeh Country/Gold Coast rockers, making sweet music combining cowboy and electronic sounds
The Sleeves are a garage rock band based on Yugambeh Country/Gold Coast.
We are holding a merch prize pack raffle to contribute to the event, live music and touring is hard in this economic climate, help us keep live music alive !

May your sovereignty never be ceded, and may we move gently as these lands remain a place for connection, gathering, community, art and care. We acknowledge the ongoing resistance to colonisation - always was always will be aboriginal land.
