Kitchen Alchemy: Low-waste entertaining

This holiday season, learn how to create a low-waste entertaining platter (that’s sure to impress)!

Join us for a hands-on cooking class and learn how to make three delicious recipes that make the most of leftovers, off-cuts or produce that might otherwise go to waste. We’ll also discuss clever kitchen tips to make more of what you have in the kitchen year-round.

At the end of the class, we’ll share our platter and you’ll go home with a bottle of homemade cordial to serve as a delicious summer spritz as well as recipe cards for all three recipes. Class comprises two hours cooking session followed by an hour to enjoy the fruits of your labour!
