Join us for Kitchen Sessions, an interactive cooking experience where you’ll learn how to create incredibly delicious, Asian-inspired recipes you can recreate at home. With all the ingredients available right here at Strathpine Centre, it’s easy to take your inspiration from the demonstration to your own kitchen.
Learn from Chefs Carmel and Tong from Vanilla Zulu Culinary School as they share cooking techniques, practical tips and ideas to bring more flavour to your table. Watch the dishes come together, ask questions and taste the creations along the way.

Chef Tong will also showcase the art of food carving, demonstrating how to transform fresh ingredients into beautiful platter decorations.
