You’ve probably seen the term SaaSpocalypse popping up more lately. It’s shorthand for a potential SaaS shakeout — where the old growth playbook keeps getting tougher (capital is tighter, customers are more cautious, competition is intense, and AI is accelerating change), and only the businesses with real moats and efficient growth thrive.

While every company has a different context around risk, readiness, and options, we’ve had strong interest in creating a space for CEOs and founders to compare notes candidly. Join this session with Darrin Grafton (CEO, Serko), Mark Clare, (Clare Capital), facilitated by Serge van Dam and David C learwater.

This is a small, private, invite-only discussion for KiwiSaaS CEOs and founders from large member companies.

What we’ll cover:

How we’re assessing risk across different business models, markets, and functions
Where we see the best strategic moats and opportunities
Valuation dynamics — what’s happening in capital raising and M&A
How we’re having these conversations with teams, boards, customers and other stakeholders.

Who is this for?

CEOs and founders from large KiwiSaaS member companies. Limited to 10–15 attendees to keep it high-trust and high-signal.
