This class is fun and interactive designed for yogis aged 3 +
Children will explore their mind, body and breath, leaving them with a calm, loving energy in both their mind and body.
We teach the kids yoga based practices to manage their minds and create calm within. By combining yoga with songs, dance, stories and games we create an environment where children express creativity while learning and having fun! With the added benefits of creating connection, building strength, improving confidence and discovering mindfulness.
Our 45 minute classes include meditation, yoga games, breathing exercises, stories, partner poses and relaxation for our little yogis.
