Little Pumpkin on the Way!

Join KY-Moms MATR for our fall pregnancy and post-partum class!

Participants will have the opportunity to decorate a little pumpkin while learning valuable information about maternal and infant health from pregnancy through the postpartum period.

This workshop is designed to provide a supportive space where moms can connect, ask questions, and gain practical tools for a healthy start for themselves and their babies.

Workshop Topics

Participants will learn about:

Substance use and pregnancy
Vaping, THC, and alcohol use during pregnancy and postpartum
Safe sleep practices for newborns
Recognizing unhealthy and unsafe relationships
Postpartum wellness, including baby blues and emotional health
Additional health and safety topics for moms and babies

Eligibility Requirements

To participate, attendees must:

Be pregnant or within 1-year postpartum
Complete intake packet!
Provide proof of pregnancy

Attend the full 2-hour session to be eligible for prizes and gift cards! Moms who completely FULL registration are eligible for a free pack of diapers!!

We recommend bringing ONE support person!

Come celebrate the season, decorate a pumpkin, and leave with valuable information, helpful resources, and a few goodies for you and your little pumpkin.
