Learn to knit reusable makeup wipes and ditch single-use cotton pads!
In this beginner-friendly workshop, experienced knitting instructor Pru Raymond will guide you through all the skills needed for creating your own knitted makeup wipes, including simple cast-on, garter stitch, decreasing and finishing techniques.
Every participant will receive a kit worth approximately $20, including tools and materials to knit multiple cotton makeup wipes, as well as the skills and confidence to tackle even more exciting, knitted products!
Age: Adults 16+

Meet your Instructor
Pru Raymond is a knitting teacher, designer and writer and the owner of Dear Pru. She shares her home in Adelaide, South Australia with her husband and a healthy yarn stash. Beginning her knitting journey at age 5, Pru has an in-depth knowledge of diverse knitting styles and techniques and combines her expertise as a professional educator and her lifelong passion for knitting to develop original, engaging knitting workshops. Pru's workshops are supportive, engaging and inclusive of all learners. In addition to teaching knitting retreats and workshops around Australia and overseas, Dear Pru has expanded to include knitting patterns, freelance articles for knitting publications, knitting journals and stitch markers!
