One Day Retreat
Saturday 22nd April 2023
This one day retreat or gathering will nourish you on all levels of your being.
I will be weaving many different healing modalities into our time together.
We will sit in sacred circle to start and end the day and set some powerful intentions for what we are calling into our lives.
We will share delicious food, share a Kundalini Yoga class out on the earth overlooking the horses and the rolling hills of Drummond North. If the weather is cool we have a magical bell tent to retreat to throughout the day. This class will be focused on connecting in with our true nature and harnessing the power of our hearts.
The afternoon will be spent with the horses soaking in the ancient horse wisdom and medicine that they offer us.
You will have plenty of space and time to just "be" with the horses.
We will do some active meditations or visualisations specifically for what the group needs on the day.

Including delicious morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea with plenty of chai, all yoga provisions
