🌸 Know Your Flow 🌸
A hands-on workshop to help teen girls understand and feel confident in their menstrual cycle
This interactive experience is designed to help young women feel empowered, not embarrassed, about their bodies. Through supportive conversations, creative activities, and delicious food, we’ll explore what a healthy period looks like — and how to take care of yourself during every stage.
Here’s what we’ll explore together:
💬 Your Changing Body & Hormones
What’s actually happening in your cycle, what’s normal in the teen years, and what hormones even are (in plain English!).
🌿 The Four Inner Seasons
Adeline will guide us through the four “seasons” of your cycle — a beautiful way to understand energy, moods, and why some days feel harder than others.
🧁 Make & Taste a Period Power Snack
Together, we’ll make bliss balls designed to ease cramps, lift energy, and taste amazing — while learning what foods help us feel our best during our bleed.
🌞 Simple Habits for a Healthier Cycle
Felicity will share her top tips for a more balanced cycle (hint: breakfast really does matter).
🎒 Design Your Own Period-Prep Kit
With Becky’s guidance, create a personalised self-care plan and toolkit to support you through every phase of your cycle — emotionally, mentally, and physically.
❓ Ask Anything
We’ll open the anonymous question box and create space for open, respectful discussion — no judgment, just support.
This is not your average period talk. It’s a space for curiosity, connection, and confidence — and maybe a few chocolate bliss balls too.
