Join the volunteers at North Fremantle Social Farm as they host 'Know Your Neighbour Day' as part of Neighbour Day in 2024

Walk or cycle to North Fremantle Social Farm and get to know your neighbours! Bring your Friends and families, or just come along by yourself - all welcome!

Enjoy a tour of the farm, as well as activity ran by friendly volunteers. Tea and coffees, sausage sizzles also provided!
