Know Your Rights: Employment Law, Reasonable Adjustments and Flexible Working

With the Employment Rights Act 2025 now in force, understanding workplace rights and responsibilities has never been more important.

Join us for a conversational Q&A session co-hosted by Lynn Houmdi (FWS) and Adam Watson (Employment Law Explained Ltd) which will tackle some of the most frequently asked questions around employment rights, flexible working requests and reasonable adjustments. Taking a practical approach, the discussion will consider both employee and SME employer perspectives, helping attendees better understand their rights, obligations and opportunities.

Following this launch event, Flexible Working Wednesdays will become a regular feature at The Melting Pot, taking place on the first Wednesday of each month in partnership with Flexible Working Scotland.

Each session will combine community co-working with practical learning opportunities, bringing together employees, freelancers, business owners, carers, job seekers and anyone interested in building more flexible, inclusive and sustainable ways of working.
