Join Riverina Local Land Services and Paige Cross from Cross Country Management for a practical, hands-on workshop that will help you better understand the financial position of your farming business and build confidence in financial decision-making.

Whether you're responsible for the books, involved in business planning, or looking to improve communication around farm finances, this workshop will provide practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately within your business.

What you will learn:

• Develop a practical 12-month cashflow forecast for your farming business.

• Identify potential cashflow pinch points and plan ahead for challenges.

• Set business goals and understand the strategies needed to achieve them.

• Improve your preparedness for discussions with lenders and finance providers.

• Use financial templates and tools that can be shared across the farming business.

• Strengthen your understanding of key farm business financial measures and decision-making processes

Participants will leave with practical resources, increased financial confidence and a clearer understanding of how to use business numbers to support informed management decisions.
