Open Day - Koala conservation in the coastal forests between Bermagui and Bega Rivers
Event description
The Koala Action Network is holding a koala open day to share information about koalas, primarily about those in the
forested coastal ranges in the Murrah and Biamanga landscape, between Bega and Bermagui Rivers. Information
will also be provided about projects being undertaken by the NSW Koala Strategy that are relevant to the
conservation of koalas in this region. A range of speakers will be presenting, followed by a panel
discussion. All are welcome! Light lunch provided so for catering and seating please register
your RVSP by getting a free ticket here.
A range of speakers will be presenting about the threats and conservancy projects for local koalas, later forming a panel discussion with the attending community.
Sandwiches and cuppas will be provided as a light lunch.
