Introducing a profile of our amazing guest speaker Kambala Old Girl Devika (Bala) Murugasu OG87s (see below)

• Devika is a senior legal professional who has advised Australia’s leading financial services businesses for over 20 years.
  
• She has successfully established and led teams across different legal disciplines such as superannuation, insurance, financial advice and corporate law at AMP, NAB and Insignia Financial. Devika currently manages the Corporate Legal Team at Insignia Financial. Her team advise on a variety of matters such as mergers & acquisitions, technology, procurement, intellectual property and financial services regulation. 
• Devika is passionate about building strong stakeholder relationships and being able to effectively collaborate with people from any background which she considers the key to success in any professional role. She has had diverse professional and personal experiences which has enabled her to bring different perspectives and insights to problem solving.
• Devika is also passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) and leads the Multicultural Stream which forms part of Insignia Financial’s enterprise DE&I Program.
