She is passionate about the simple art of "being" and embodied living, deeply inspired by art and music.

Q&A / Important Notices

- I'm not experienced with yoga, can I still join?

Yes! We think of yoga as a "whole body prayer". We let our breathe guide us.

"If you can breathe, you can do yoga."

- Are there any parking spots?

Yes! There are some on the premises and plenty available on the street in front of the venue.

- Should I bring anything?

Just bring your water bottle, and the rest is all provided.

- Note: this event will only go ahead if we have 7 people or more.

We will give you a full refund if it gets cancelled. We will confirm the status a few days prior to the date.
