KOKUA: A Benefit Event for Maui
Event description
Kōkua
You are invited to participate Friday, September 22nd at 8:00 PM to 2:00 am.
Kokua means “help.” It's deeper meaning, however, is to extend help to others in a sacrificial way, with no intent of personal gain. It means to cooperate and pitch in without regard for self and to have consideration for others.
Experience this indoor and outdoor event featuring two music stages, live art, a silent auction, theme camps, BBQ, and more.
Kokua is a Burning Man inspired local event to support the relief efforts on Maui after the devastating wildfire events in August. We'll build something amazing together to support our friends on the beautiful island of Maui. All door and ticket proceeds go to the Hawaii Community Foundation's Maui Strong initiative.
