Kol Habibi Kol
Description
Kol Habibi Kol is an intimate three-course Palestinian dining experience by FROM GAZA, created by Palestinian chef Yusef and served in his front yard in Mparntwe / Alice Springs.
Across one shared menu, the evening travels through Cairo, Jerusalem and Gaza, with each course drawing on food, memory and the places that shaped Yusef’s family story.
The meal begins in Cairo with preserved labneh and za’atar jam, fried sweet potatoes with tahini oil, pickled turnips and makdous.
From there, the table moves to Jerusalem for kufta with sumac onions, spicy eggplant hummus, Palestinian salad, tahini, zahawigh and warm pita.
Dessert finishes in Gaza with pistachio and date mafroukeh, served with cinnamon and saffron ice cream.
DRINKS
Homemade Hibiscus Wine
Floral, tart and deeply ruby red.
Fermented Saffron Lemonade

Everything is served generously and designed to be shared around the table.
