Who will be running this event?

Mel Chiew will be running this workshop. Mel is the owner of Solace Kitchen Cafe and HOPE Collective (Helping Others & Planet Earth) fair trade and sustainable webstore - www.hopecollective.org has been making and benefitting from these probiotic drinks for several years now. She describes the discovery of these drinks as "life changing" - having suffered from colds and flu for many weeks at a time while employed at a school. But in 2017, a friend (who also worked at the school), claimed that she didn't get sick with colds/flu. She finally shared her "secret to good health" - making and drinking her own kombucha and kefir. Since then, Mel has experienced a huge difference to her health. You too can experience the health-boosting effects of making and enjoying these probiotic drinks.

Mel loves sharing this "secret to good gut health" with others, and has been running these workshops for the last 5 years. She is now a devotee to these health-promoting, immune-boosting drinks ... even making available her own jun (cousin of kombucha) and kefir superfood smoothies at Solace Cafe!
