Description

The laugh of a Kookaburra certainly does make us feel like we are in Australia.

During this workshop children will be guided to mould and paint a laughing Kookaburra that will surely delight everyone who sees it.

Each Kookaburra will be unique to the artist who made it.

Chony is a QCT registered visual arts facilitator with over 25+ years of experience teaching both internationally and in many regions around Australia.

Chony's Art Room offers a diverse range of art workshops for all ages and spaces across the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Including School holiday workshops, space activation events, retreats and specialised classes for schools, aged care and festivals.

She is a local artist, QCT registered arts educator and has art therapy qualifications. Chony's experience spans 25 years both internationally and in many regions around Australia. She has a warm approach to teaching and aims to encourage her students to express their own, individual creative style.
