The Korean Festival Houston, proudly presented by Kroger, is returning and promises to be more spectacular than ever! Join us at Discovery Green on Saturday, October 12, 2024, and Sunday, October 13, 2024, for an unforgettable weekend. Immerse yourself in vibrant performances, delectable Korean cuisine, and interactive games alongside rich cultural experiences. From traditional dance presentations to contemporary K-pop shows, there’s truly something for everyone! Don’t miss the Korean pop band, NCHIVE, lighting up the stage on Saturday night, October 12, at 8 PM, and make sure to return on Sunday, October 13, at 3 PM for their fan meet! This fan meet is open and free to all, with additional fan engagement experiences available for purchase soon! Raffle entries are available for purchase only during the Raffle Period beginning September 10, 2024 and ending October 13, 2024 at 7:00PM CST.  Raffle entries may be purchased through this website ONLY.  The winner will be selected by a random drawing that will be announced via email and social media on Monday, October 14, 2024.

OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Korean-American Society of Houston (KASH), which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. While available, Raffle tickets may be purchased only by persons of legal gambling age in the jurisdiction in which they reside, and are at least 18 years of age as of the purchase date, and in accordance with these Official Rules. 2. Raffle entries are available for purchase only during the Raffle Period beginning September 10, 2024 and ending October 13, 2024 at 7:00PM. 3. Raffle tickets cannot not be re-sold or given away to another person or party. Only the registered name on the winning entry that is drawn will be allowed to claim the prize. 4. The winner will be selected by a random drawing that will be announced via email and social media on Monday, October 14, 2024. There is no cash alternative prize available as per Texas state law and the selected winner must agree to accept the prize within 7 days of winning announcement and notification. If the selected winner fails to claim their prize or notify KASH by 11:59PM on Monday, October 21, 2024, for whatever reason, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner can be selected. 6. The winner must show photo identification to claim his/her prize. KASH reserves the right to require additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding any prize based on the identification presented. The winner, by accepting his or her prize, grants KASH and the designees and affiliates of KASH full permission, except where legally prohibited, to use the winner’s name, address (city and state only), photograph, voice and or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review or approval, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity. 7. The raffle decisions made by KASH (raffle organizer), its officers, employees, sponsors, marketing partners, and their family members are final, and entrants accept this provision as a condition of entry into this charitable raffle. 8. The following persons are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Raffle or to win any Prize: Employees, officers, board members, directors, shareholders, members, agents and consultants of KASH, each an “Ineligible Party” and collectively, the “Ineligible Parties”, and any parent, subsidiary, affiliated entity, advertising agency, promotion agency and immediate family members and members of their same households whether legally related or not of any Ineligible Party. “Immediate family members” means a spouse, parent, legal guardian, in-law, grandparent, sibling, child and grandchild of an Ineligible Party. 9. This Raffle is VOID OUTSIDE OF THE PERMITTED AREAS OF ELIGIBILITY AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Raffle is being held by the Korean-American Society of Houston (KASH) non-profit organization, a registered 501(c)(3) according to the terms of the Charitable Raffle Enabling Act, is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GRAND PRIZE:

1.Certificates proposed will waive the round-trip economy fare. Winner is responsible for any additional taxes and fees when redeemed. Usually total tax amount ranges $300-400/passenger, varies with the travel destination country.

2.Certificate expires 1 year from event date October 12, 2024. Original certificate must be presented for exchange of ticket on/before

October 11, 2025. Extension is not permitted.

3.Ticket validity: ticket is valid for 3 month after date of issue. Extension is not permitted.

4. This certificate is not for sale with no commercial value and cannot be cashed or re-issued for any reason. Applicable taxes and fees are needed to be collected for ticket issuance. Passengers who do not cancel their reservations nor show up for their flights, No-Show fee USD 100 will be charged for any rebooking or deducted from taxes refund afterwards.

5. This ticket is not applicable to Infinity Mileagelands/ Star Alliance member Airlines Program.

7. EVA Air and its partner airlines reserve the right to limit or adjust the number of award seats subject to the status of booking on each flight. The number of award seats may be unavailable on some flights or at some periods, even if seats are available for paid tickets.
