Your VIP Access to Korean Festival Houston – All You Need to Know!

Dear VIP Guests,
We are thrilled to welcome you as our VIP guest for the Korean Festival Houston, happening in just two days! We can’t wait to see you and ensure you have an amazing experience. Below, you’ll find important details to help make your visit even more enjoyable.
1. Check-inPlease bring your ID for check-in at the VIP tent, located near the entrance of the George R. Brown Convention Center on Avenida De Las Americas. At the check-in table, you’ll receive your VIP tote bag, which includes:

VIP pass and lanyard (Please note, Saturday and Sunday passes are different)
$10 food voucher
Complimentary souvenir

Important: Passes and vouchers cannot be reissued, so please keep them safe.
If you purchased a 2-day pass, you’ll receive both passes and vouchers on Saturday. Be sure to use the Saturday pass for Saturday’s entry and bring the Sunday pass for Sunday. We are unable to replace lost items.
If you are 21 or older, you will receive a coupon for a Hummy soju cocktail, redeemable at any of the three bars: Seoulside Pocha, Seoulside Bar, or the VIP cash bar (max value $10). The coupon is valid for one use only.
2. VIP Tent Guidelines

Wear your VIP lanyard at all times to enter the VIP tent.
Enjoy complimentary water, soda, and snacks inside the tent.
You’re welcome to bring your own food, but please clean up after yourself.
ID verification is required for the cash bar.
A charging station will be available with Lightning (iPhone) and USB Type-C (Galaxy) support. Please stay with your device while charging.
Keep an eye on your belongings. Leaving anything in the VIP tent is at your own risk, and the event organizers are not responsible for any lost or unattended items.

3. VIP Tent Event Schedule
Cooking Demo and Food Sampling Savor authentic Korean cuisine prepared by Chef Jong Yul Yu, the chef at the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea. Chef Yu has over a decade of experience and holds multiple culinary certifications. Enjoy his dishes during these scheduled times:

Saturday, 2:00 PM – Food Sampling: Japchae (Sweet potato starch noodles stir-fried with vegetables and meat)
Sunday, 1:00 PM – Cooking Demo and Food Sampling: Kimbap (Korean seaweed and rice roll)

Please note: Food will be served on a first-come, first-served basis, as long as supplies last.
Surprise Events!Join us for special surprise activities around the VIP tent at the following times:

Saturday, 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Sunday, 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM
