Koru ~ Spring Nature Immersion ~ Half-Day Retreat

Step into Spring with this deep holistic reset immersed within the healing energy of native flora. Spend half the day with Melissa and Annelies guiding you through a full cleanse of mind, body and soul to embrace the revitalising energy of Spring.

Start the day grounding into your body with an energising yoga flow guided by Annelies, before taking a mindful hike with the group into the Aongatete Forest Park. We will deeply breathe in the earthy scents of the ancient forest before arriving at the river holes. Here Melissa will guide you through conscious breathing and meditation to visualise the growth Spring is birthing within you and your life.

Koru means new beginnings, growth and coming to life. This is the energy of Spring and everything this retreat will be based around. As nature wakes up we too wake up with it.

Once we have grounded through breathwork and intentions, we will take a plunge or two in the refreshing swimming holes for a full nervous system reset. Plunge off the energy of Winter! Followed by a silent walk back through the forest to deeply reflect and immerse in the sound of birdsong and forest bathing.

Leave feeling deeply renewed and energised for the higher energy seasons ahead as we move into the end of the year.
