Join us to celebrate volunteers and volunteering on International Volunteer Day. Hear from a range of thought leaders, including:

Community and Volunteer Sector Minister Louise Upston
Volunteer Wellington youth lead Matthew Biddington;
Ron Rowe, who has almost 60 years of active leadership in community organisations.
Manager Volunteerism, FENZ, Ryley Webster

This year’s International Volunteer Day theme is Every Contribution Matters. This theme celebrates the power of collective action and acknowledges that every act of volunteering, big or small, contributes to a stronger and more connected world.

The webinar will be a springboard as we lead into International Year of the Volunteer 2026. Volunteering New Zealand will also share key information on International Volunteer Year 2026 - IVY2026.

You will have the opportunity to put questions to the speakers (ahead of the webinar).
