Strong industries are built on strong leaders

KPCA is proud to present the inaugural Head Stockman’s Leadership Forum, a two-day experience designed by industry leaders, for the next generation of leaders. Held in Broome on 12–13 May 2026, this forum brings together emerging head stockmen and women from across northern Australia to build practical leadership skills, strengthen resilience, and grow the confidence needed to lead teams and drive industry success.

Through interactive sessions, including Myers-Briggs insights, communication and team-building strategies, and real-world leadership transitions, participants will gain the tools to move from capable staff to confident industry leaders. With expert facilitation from Stuart Austin (Audacious Agriculture) and contributions from respected voices across the sector, attendees will also build valuable peer networks and walk away with a clearer understanding of what the industry needs from its leaders.

Whether you're investing in your own development or backing your future leaders, this is a unique opportunity to develop capability, connection, and confidence in the people shaping the future of your business and the northern beef industry.
