KPU International: Macaron Baking Class (19+)

We know that you love macarons and here is your chance to learn how to make them. You choose the flavors, and we’ll show you everything from how to make the shells to different filling techniques. After around 3 hours of workshop time, you will take home at least 35 macarons.
We have around 40 flavors that are made from the highest quality ingredients, sourced from neighboring vendors at Granville Island Public Market to fruit sourced from local farms. The ingredients contains almonds and gluten friendly.
We have some classic flavors like Matcha, Pistachio, Salted Caramel to unconventional flavors like Blue Cheese & Pear, Tomato Basils, etc. Please visit this webpage for all the available flavors.

📢Terms and Conditions for Event Participation
Exclusive to current KPU students aged 19+: This event is strictly for current KPU students who are 19 years of age or older. Current students must be enrolled in at least one course for the Summer 2025 term to register for this event. Registrations will be canceled if these requirements are not met.
Mandatory KPU Student ID: All attendees must present their KPU student ID at the entrance.
Entry Policy: Entry will be denied to anyone who:
Does not bring their non-expired and valid KPU ID.
Does not bring government issued ID.
Arrives after the event has started at 1:00 PM
Ticket Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable.
Limit of one ticket per student. Duplicates will be automatically cancelled with no refund.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable
Signing Waivers Required: All participants must sign waivers, which will be sent via email 2 days in advanced.
Release of Liability: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) from any liability relating to injuries or accidents that may occur during the event. You acknowledge that attendance and participation in the event is voluntary and at your own risk.
