Dear @FirstName,

Thank you for registering for the Trades and Technology Career Fair 2026 as our Title Sponsor! We're excited to have your organization attend.

Now that you have registered online, your last step is to submit your company's event waiver and photo waivers. The event waiver needs to be filled out by one representative from your organization on behalf of the organization as a whole; the photo waiver needs to be filled out and submitted individually by each representative who plans to attend the fair. You can find the event waiver here and the photo waiver here.

As a sponsor, your registration includes extra perks and benefits. Our team will be in touch with you about any information that we will need in addition to what was included on your registration form. The welcome package, which includes the parking pass, event agenda, and other information about the event, will be sent to you and your additional representatives at least 1 week before the event. If you have any questions or need assistance in preparation for the fair, please email employer-relations@kpu.ca. You can also visit kpu.ca/careers/tech-fair for any new updates about the event.

We look forward to seeing you in February 2026!

Sincerely,

The Employer Relations team
