KRANK Kids Nature Yoga, Mindfulness & Clay Play

Join Miss Dani from Wild Flow Wellbeing for a morning of Nature Yoga, Mindfulness and Nature Craft under the trees

Our session will start with a welcome circle and fun group yoga and mindfulness session (suitable for all ages and levels of fitness)

followed by Nature Craft with Clay and Natural elements to create our own animal and nature sculptures sculptures

*Suitable for Kids  3-12 years

*Bubs in arms and younger siblings welcome 

*Parents & Caregivers are encouraged to join in and enjoy the morning together

Priestdale Underwood Park is located at the end of Underwood Road, Parking is right out the front

Look for my orange signage and flag and find us on the grass under the trees
