Join Miss Dani from Wild Flow Wellbeing for a morning of Nature Yoga, Mindfulness & Discovery

Our session will start with a welcome circle and fun group yoga and mindfulness session (suitable for all ages and levels of fitness)

followed by Nature Craft using sticks, string and other nature treasure to create their very own weaving creations

*Suitable for Kids 3-12 years

*Bubs in arms and younger siblings welcome

*Parents & Caregivers are encouraged to join in and enjoy the morning together
