KRANK LOGAN Nature Discovery & Yoga

Join Miss Dani from Wild Flow Wellbeing for a morning of Nature Discovery and Yoga as we explore gentle and fun movement, and learn tools to support our wellbeing, help us to slow down, breathe and connect with ourselves, each other and the natural world around us.

*Suitable for Kids  3-12 years

*Bubs in arms and younger siblings welcome 

*Parents & Caregivers are encouraged to join in and enjoy the morning together

* Please arrive on time and email me if you can no longer make it so I can contact the wait list

What to Bring (Yoga mats are provided)

* Sunsafe comfortable clothing to move in

* Hat & Pre Applied Sunscreen (bug repelant as we will be outdoors)

* Water bottle 

Where to find us

Riverdale Park is in Meadowbrook not far from Logan Hospital

Look for my orange flags and signage find us on the grass under the trees by the lake
