*Guest cameras aren't allowed, all cameras will be covered upon entry

*Similar to the policy at Berghain in Berlin, we uphold a no-camera rule within our venue, there will be no photos of guests within the event. Our commitment is to preserve the intimate atmosphere. Occasionally, our media team may capture moments highlighting performances and entertainers within the venue, with assurance that no clear guest faces or identifying features will be included in this footage

*Tickets aren't available for purchase at the door. Considering our limited venue capacity and the consistent trend of reaching full capacity well before our events, it is imperative to secure your spot well in advance to ensure you won't miss out

*BERLIN XXX is the only event we allow limited single male tickets, there will be 25 in total each event. All guests will receive a wristband, this helps us identify single men vs couples/ single women. Single men can only enter the playroom accompanied by a female- identifying patrons. All wristbands will be checked upon entry to the playroom, each playroom entry point is roped and has security checking wristbands upon entry. To secure a single male ticket, message the team to be approved and provided single male ticket access

*Our team are contactable up to 48 hours prior to the event. The day before BERLIN XXX and the day of the event our team are busy on the ground preparing the event and venue. If you have any BERLIN XXX questions, be sure to contact the team well in advance of the event.
