Sunday 15th June - 10am to 4pm  (early morning swap meet - 6am to 10am)

🚗 TRUCKS AND RETRO VANS must be 1975 or older - Must specify on your email if you are a General Entry or Show & Shine Entry.

💲 ENTRY FEES:
$10 per car/day OR $15 full weekend (includes 2 people per truck or van) 

🏆 Trophies awarded to Winner & Runner Up

How to Enter

• Buy your ticket by completing through this ticketed system.
• Send us your photos & a short Bio of the truck or van - info@uniqueepicevents.com.au
• All registered entrants go in the running for a Category trophy.
• The ticket price covers entry for the car & 2 people truck or van for the day for registered entries only
• Entry can be for a single day Saturday or Sunday, Purchase a weekend entry covers you for both days 
• Extra Passengers pay regular entry price.
• Entry $10 per truck or van daily rate
• Entry $15 per truck or van weekend rate.
• If you do not want to enter the Krome Trophy awards then the standard entry rate will apply per person $10 per adult kids 13 yrs & under free.

Preferred Trucks and Retro Vans - 1975 and older (will make exceptions for Trucks)

• All models of Vintage Trucks and Retro Vans
• American and Australian classics through to the 1975
• Any cool truck or retro van built or kustomised Krome category under 1975

Show Rules

• Entrants may display for Saturday or Sunday or both.
• Entrants and clubs are welcome to leave their vehicles parked on site overnight.
• There is security on site overnight, but we do not accept responsibility for your vehicle. You park your truck or retro van overnight at your own risk.
• No camping is permitted in vehicles or vans overnight. There are camping facilities on site for vans or there is a limited tent area.  Paid directly to Showgrounds on a first in first served basis.
• No BYO alcohol permitted. No animals are permitted.

Vehicle Movement & Exit Rules

• Once you park your vehicle, you must keep it switched off and stationary.
• To depart the show early, you can only depart between 2pm to 4pm following the directions of our event management and must be escorted from the showgrounds.
• Restricting the vehicle movement greatly reduces the risk of any potential accident between a vehicle and keeps the utmost safety for everyone.
• It is preferred that all vehicles remain stationary for the duration of the show.
• As festival event management, safety is first & foremost our priority. Please cooperate with our security guards and traffic marshals so we can bring you a safe and well-organised event.

Krome Shine & Show Choice Trophy

• As part of our Opening Festival we will have trophies for winners and runner-up's for the trucks and retro vans. Festival trophies will be awarded for trucks and retro vans which have registered for the judging.
• There are various categories that truly capture the spirit, heart and dedication of this Iconic Rock & Roll Era. The trophy selection will be based on the passion & love for the Rock & Roll era, presentation & best suited. It’s all about the legacy & stories that each individual vehicle tells to best describe the passion, past and not forgotten lifestyle. 

One thing’s for sure — it’s going to be loud, proud, and dripping in rockabilly style and Eras 🎤🚗🔥
