These terms and conditions only apply to festival visitors and booking accommodation for Krome Rock n Rods Festival.

📍 LOCATION & EVENT PERIOD

Caravan Park Access Period (Festival Visitors Only)

Macgregor Street Laidley QLD

Arrival: From 12:00pm (Midday), Friday 28 August 2026

Arrival: From 06:00am to Strictly 0830am Saturday 29 August 2026 - Event opens 9:00am

Departure: Strictly Prior to 10:00am, Monday 31 August 2026

⚠️ Any stay beyond 10:00am Monday 31 August must be arranged directly with the Showgrounds. Festival organisers cannot extend stays beyond this time.

🚐 SITE AVAILABILITY & ZONES

Up to 65 powered sites.

Up to 35 unpowered sites.

Up to 20 tent/swags sites – no power available

All must enter through Main Gates located on Macgregor Street Laidley and follow signage to Main Ground Keeper / Site Manager Office.

📌  All visitors must have a booking confirmation and the QR code which can be found on your invoice confirmation sheet.

💰 FEES, OCCUPANCY & Saturday Night Live Entertainment

$50 per person covers you for Saturday Night - "Krome After Dark" (Band Dezzi D and the Stingrayz + dancing) and your weekend entry pass.

• PLEASE NOTE: ALL WHOM ARE STAYING AT THE SHOWGROUNDS SATURDAY NIGHT MUST HAVE A QR CODE FOR NIGHT ENTERTAINMENT & weekend entry pass

• THIS IS MANDATORY - A WRISTBAND WILL BE ISSUED TO EACH PAYING PERSON UPON ENTRY. If a show ticket is not purchased payment will be required prior to being allocated a site.

$45 per night per site - Powered (includes up to 2 adults) Accommodation Only

$35 per night per site - No Power (includes up to 2 adults) Accommodation Only

$25 Tents or Swags (no power available) - per night (includes up to 2 adults) Accommodation Only

Additional adults: $15 per person, per night

Children (6–16 years): $5.00 per child, per night

Children 5 years and under: FREE

🐶 PETS

Pets are welcome - One (1) dog per site permitted

Any additional dogs must be approved in writing by the Show Society & Unique Epic Events - info@uniqueepicevents.com.au

Pets must be kept under effective control at all times. Owners are responsible for the immediate collection and appropriate disposal of all animal excrements. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the occupant being directed to leave the premises. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.

Camper trailers

A limited number of tent/swag sites are available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed once capacity is reached.

🧭 SITE ALLOCATION & SET-UP RULES

All sites must be pre-booked via the booking link

Guests must check with the office before proceeding to a site (On site Manager will direct you and allocate you to a site)

Pegs must be no more than 300mm deep

Exclusion zones for pegging must be strictly observed

Tarpaulins may cover no more than two-thirds (2/3) of the site area

Only one (1) electrical lead per site is permitted

Roadways and rear gate access must remain clear at all times for emergency access

📐 SITE DIMENSIONS & CLEARANCES

Standard sites: 8.4m wide x 10m deep

Minimum clearances required between each site

🛑 GENERAL CONDITIONS

Guests must review and accept the Important Information About the Caravan Park

Failure to comply with site rules may result in relocation or removal without refund
