REJUVENATE & RESTORE YOGA (60-minutes)

HELD BI-WEEKLY ON SUNDAYS at 10:30am Pacific Time

What you can expect...

Typically, we'll begin with a brief GUIDED MEDITATION and/or BREATHWORK to ground down and center. We'll take time to gently warm up the body before dropping into a 60-minute slow flow VINYASA inspired sequence. We'll move in sync with our breath through a standing series before lying down. Closing our our session with restorative poses and an opportunity for an intentional body scan, to encourage DEEP RELAXATION.

Sequences will cater to all ability levels (beginners are encouraged to join!), you'll have options to up-level or play with variations in your practice to best suit you.

You're welcome to hang out online for a few minutes before/after class, whether it's to ask questions or simply connect with the supportive global community.

***Classes are offered with a sliding scale and all are welcome. If you're in a position to contribute more to support others, it's greatly appreciated.***
