Session #3:

Ah Push it, Calling all the mummas & pappas of the 90s to come together with their teens who are now reliving the 90s vibe. Lets honour the remix, of both fashion and the tunes & have a laugh at history repeating itself within our tribes. Join us for a silent disco session, to connect with tweens & teens & let it be joyous to dancing with the decades, unite over known tracks & connect with our bods & celebrate the dance between old & new, young & elders :) This session is for 12+, we encourage parents to come move with their tweens & teens or should we say tweens & teens to come move with their parents.
So what is a Silent disco?
Very special headsets will be fitted by a Pohss staff member which connects everyone to the same music. We will be running one station & you will be led through a guided uplifting dance experience, connecting you to your body through breath, mindfulness & a mix of lead &free movement. Coming together with the community we will connect as a group, share in the joy of movement no matter what age & honour the ages & be encouraged to channel your self-expression in the silent disco world.
