You're invited to a soul-nourishing Winter Solstice gathering — a sacred evening of Kundalini Activation, heart-opening Cacao, lunar breathwork, ecstatic dance with DJ Jazzy Kappa, and a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound healing.

As the Earth turns inward, so do we — releasing the old, calling in the new, and celebrating our light in the arms of a conscious community.

This is a space of authenticity, joy, movement, and magic.
No previous experience needed. Just come as you are.

• 5:00 PM – Arrival & Settle
  Ground into the space, sip herbal tea, and prepare to receive.

• Lunar Breathwork
  Align with the rhythms of the moon and awaken your inner stillness.

• Kundalini Activation
  Receive a powerful transmission to shift, awaken, and energise.

• Ecstatic Dance with DJ Jazzy Kappa
  Let the music move you — a free-form journey of embodiment and release.

• Crystal Sound Bowl Integration
  A closing bath of harmonic frequencies to ground and restore.

🌿 What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or blanket to lie on or wrap in + eye pillow/small towel and any cushions if you need added comfort

• Water bottle

• Comfy, expressive clothes, and wear, clothes

• Open heart and smiley face 😊
