Part 1: Kundalini Yoga Kriya

The session begins with a powerful Kundalini Yoga Kriya led by Kyle Lam, whose experience with Kundalini Yoga stems from 7 years of dedicated practice. The Kriya includes a sequence of postures, breathwork, and movements specifically designed to awaken the Kundalini energy that resides at the base of the spine. Part of the sequence can include gentle stretches & movements, breath work to facilitate the flow of life force, and specific postures that align the energy centers and stimulate the flow of Kundalini energy.

Part 2: Mantra Chanting with Sat Kriya

Following this activation, we’ll dive into the art of mantra chanting, specifically focusing on the “Sat Nam" mantra, while incorporating and practicing the "Sat Kriya”, which is a powerful movement tool for raising the Kundalini energy and purifying the body and mind. This synchronized practice of chanting and movement directs the Kundalini energy deep within the self, allowing for greater connection and expansion.

Part 3: Sound Bath Integration

From there, we move into Kyle Lam’s signature sound bath immersion, providing an integration of the awakening we received. The sound bath serves as a savasana, where you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably, allowing the sacred sounds to strengthen and solidify this newly tapped energy within.

Cost is $50 a person and we are limiting the event to just 12 individuals to maintain the intimate integrity of the event.

Date is set for 7:00pm-8:45pm on Tuesday, December 5th at MDitate in Newport Beach, CA

MDitate will provide all the comforts you need to maximize your meditation experience, including mats, pillows, blankets, and cushions. All you need to bring is yourself and an open heart, ready to embrace the journey of awakening the Kundalini Energy.
