You'll receive the Zoom link shortly. If this is your first time, then please arrive 15 minutes early so I can explain what we'll be doing, how the energy works and what to expect.It is an energetic transmission.

Try to eat only lightly before the session if possible and avoid caffeine, sugar and alchohol. The session usually takes an hour and a half and most people lie down on their bed. You can switch your camera off.
