ABOUT KUNDALINI REVIVE SESSIONS - WHAT TO EXPECT EXPLAINED

We all have energy in our bodies. This energy is made up of frequencies which in turn make up what we are as people physically. They are who we are and how we experience our lives. These frequencies are waveforms that make up the physical universe.

Kundalini is just one of many words that describes a powerful life force energy that flows within all of us. Think of it as your inner vitality, a vibration which connects you to your understanding of the unknown. (Shakti, Prana, Qi, Life Force etc)

When the flow of this energy is disrupted, it can influence how we feel and perceive our own realities. During our Kundalini revive session, we will use a combination of breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement to help encourage this energy to flow uninhibited.

This particular process is passive and requires you to simply relax through the session on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, allowing the process to unfold naturally with an open heart.

You may find yourself deeply reflecting or feeling different sensations or emotions as the life force is encouraged to flow through you. You may feel the urge to move your body, you may feel uncomfortable or you simply might not experience anything consciously at all. There is no correct way to receive and process this as it is completely individual. This practice is highly intentional and methodical, but ultimately the facilitator is merely a conduit for you to have your own experience and outcomes.

Many people leave feeling refreshed, more in-tune (connected), and/or with a renewed sense of peace and perspective. Participants often describe profound insights, increased clarity, and a deeper connection to their inner selves. The true benefit of these sessions often becomes apparent in the days and weeks that follow, as you integrate the experience into your daily life.

What to Expect After Your Kundalini Session:

In the days and weeks following a Kundalini session, participants may experience a range of physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts as they integrate the life force energy. These experiences can vary widely, but some common effects include:

Physical Sensations:

Increased Vitality: A noticeable boost in energy levels and a sense of physical rejuvenation and urges.
Heightened Sensitivity: Greater awareness of bodily sensations, including tingling, warmth, or even a sense of lightness.
Better Sleep: Improved sleep patterns, including deeper and more restful sleep.
Detox Symptoms: Mild detoxification symptoms like headaches, fatigue, or digestive changes as the body adjusts to the energy shift. In some cases feeling run down or experiencing the flu, aches and pains is also not uncommon.

Emotional Changes:

Emotional Release: Unresolved emotions may come to the surface, leading to moments of crying, laughter, or sudden bursts of emotion as part of the integration process.
Greater Emotional Clarity: A clearer understanding of personal emotions, leading to better emotional regulation and less reactivity.
Increased Compassion: A deeper sense of empathy and compassion towards oneself and others.

Mental Shifts:

Improved Focus and Clarity: Enhanced mental clarity, sharper focus, and a greater ability to make decisions.
Creative Inspiration: A surge in creative ideas and a desire to express oneself artistically and authentically.
Shift in Perspectives: Changes in how you perceive situations, leading to new insights and a broader outlook on life.

Spiritual Growth:

Deeper Connection to Self: A stronger connection to your inner self, intuition, and spiritual beliefs.
Heightened Intuition: An increased sense of knowing or intuition, making it easier to trust your inner guidance.
Expanded Consciousness: A sense of being more in tune with the universe, experiencing moments of profound insight or spiritual awakening.

Behavioral and Lifestyle Changes:

Healthier Choices: A natural inclination to make healthier lifestyle choices, such as improved diet, exercise, and self-care routines.
Letting Go of Negativity: A gradual release of negative patterns, habits, or relationships that no longer serve your well-being. We often carry the burden or tolerate things in our lives that serve no positive purpose for anybody, so you may feel compelled to empty your life of things you no longer wish to carry.
Increased Motivation: A renewed sense of purpose and motivation to pursue goals that align with your true self.

Challenges and Adjustments:

Emotional Ups and Downs: As your energy integrates, you might experience periods of emotional highs and lows. This is a normal part of the process and usually stabilizes over time.
Need for Rest: You might feel the need to rest more than usual as your body and mind process the changes.
Integration of New Insights: It can take time to fully integrate the insights and shifts experienced during the session. Patience and self-compassion are important during this phase.

These experiences can be subtle or profound or not observable, and the integration process is highly individual. It’s important to allow yourself the space to process these changes, practice self-care, and seek support if needed. Embrace the journey as part of your ongoing growth and transformation.

“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe its about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.”
