ABOUT KUNDALINI REVIVE SESSIONS - WHAT TO EXPECT EXPLAINED

We all have energy in our bodies. This energy is made up of frequencies which in turn make up what we are as people physically. They are who we are and how we experience our lives. These frequencies are waveforms that make up the physical universe.

Kundalini is just one of many words that describes a powerful life force energy that flows within all of us. Think of it as your inner vitality, a vibration which connects you to your understanding of the unknown. (Shakti, Prana, Qi, Life Force etc)

When the flow of this energy is disrupted, it can influence how we feel and perceive our own realities. During our Kundalini revive session, we will use a combination of breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement to help encourage this energy to flow uninhibited.

This particular process is passive and requires you to simply relax through the session on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, allowing the process to unfold naturally with an open heart. 

You may find yourself deeply reflecting or feeling different sensations or emotions as the life force is encouraged to flow through you. You may feel the urge to move your body, you may feel uncomfortable or you simply might not experience anything consciously at all. There is no correct way to receive and process this as it is completely individual.
