Kundalini Activation - Energy transmission (online)

Kundalini Activation is a deeply transformational energy transmission. It will safely open up your energetic pathways for your own life force energy to activate. 

This energy, symbolized as a serpent, lies dormant at the base of the spine, holding untapped potential within us. When awakened, it rises through the main channel and chakras, removing stagnant energy from your physical, emotional and energetic body, aligning you with your true self.

When Kundalini life force awakens within you, a profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system begins to happen, and will continue with repeated exposure. No prior experience of any sort is necessary.

PREPARING FOR THE SESSION

• Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing. No jewellery or metals
• Eat lightly if at all before the session. An empty stomach is best, but a light snack such as fruit is fine.
• Refrain from coffee, alcohol and other substances
• Avoid eating meat in the days leading up to your session
