Introduction

This healing ceremony gently supports you in reconnecting with your true self, dissolving and deprogramming the old paradigms that once held us in collective unconsciousness. As we move through a powerful shift, a rebirth into new levels of consciousness - we begin to vibrate in the frequencies of love, coherence, and forgiveness.

Holding these elevated states is not always easy. It asks us to prepare on many levels, to meet ourselves with tenderness and truth, and to gather in sacred encounter, where body and soul can attune, recalibrate, and remember their divine rhythm.

Preparation

No prior experience is needed. All you need is an openness to receive and the willingness to surrender. You’ll lie down and relax, embarking on a journey of self-discovery. May you heal, learn, and grow to feel empowered and inspired to create a life full of expression, joy, and happiness.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for a 7PM start

• Doors will be closed strictly at 7PM

• Wear comfortable clothing and socks

• Avoid eating immediately before the session

• Avoid alcohol and stimulants (e.g., coffee) prior to the class

• Set an intention for your journey!

What to Bring

• Water bottle

• Yoga Mats, Eye Masks and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own
