Preparation

No prior experience is needed. All you need is an openness to receive and the willingness to surrender. You’ll lie down and relax, embarking on a journey of self-discovery. May you heal, learn, and grow to feel empowered and inspired to create a life full of expression, joy, and happiness.

• Please arrive 10 mins early for a 6.45PM start
• Doors will be closed strictly at 6:45PM
• Wear comfortable clothing and socks
• Avoid eating immediately before the session
• Avoid alcohol and stimulants (e.g., coffee) prior to the class
• Set an intention for your journey!

What to Bring

• Water bottle
• Yoga Mats, Blankets & Eye Masks are provided, but feel free to bring your own
