This weekend we are blessed with the final eclipse of the month and the Equinox.

The partial solar eclipse in Virgo invites us to refine, simplify, and clear what no longer serves. It acts like a cosmic editor - cutting clutter and reorganizing life with intention, aligning our daily rhythms with the soul’s purpose.

Equinoxes are “movement points” in the cosmic clock - moments when Earth’s rotation aligns with higher dimensional grids.

The Spring Equinox is a portal of renewal: plants sprout, energy rises, and the Earth reawakens. It’s a time to sow intentions and activate new cycles.

To support this passage, I’ll be holding two Kundalini Activation Ceremonies at Qi Yoga: Friday 19th • Sunday 21st

These sessions are designed to awaken your mind, body, and spirit - releasing stagnant energy, resetting the nervous system, and opening pathways to clarity, vitality, and creativity.

Preparation

No prior experience is needed. All you need is an openness to receive and the willingness to surrender. You’ll lie down and relax, embarking on a journey of self-discovery. May you heal, learn, and grow to feel empowered and inspired to create a life full of expression, joy, and happiness.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for a 7PM start

• Doors will be closed strictly at 7PM

• Wear comfortable clothing and socks

• Avoid eating immediately before the session

• Avoid alcohol and stimulants (e.g., coffee) prior to the class

• Set an intention for your journey!

What to Bring

• Water bottle

• Yoga Mats, Eye Masks and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own
