Monique is an experienced energy healing master and teacher who has studied at depth in the fields of traditional Indian yoga and kundalini-tantra practises, psychic healing, somatic healing, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, quantum manifesting, trance meditation and channelling, movement, and nutrition. This makes her a well-rounded holistic healer and empowerment coach, enabling her to see each client as the entirely unique being that they are.

With a commitment to development, she continually nurtures her ability as a healer and teacher by working with mentors; and is actively studying new ways that will help her clients and students grow at a faster pace, a deeper place, and within a deeply held space.
