I am Natalia, founder of Luv Yourself Space and creator of the PRISM™ Method, an internationally accredited approach to Kundalini Activation, breathwork and non-duality, recognised by IPHM, the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. Over 17 years I have worked across the body, the mind and the energetic field, moving through fitness, nutrition, psychology, somatics, trauma work, yoga, sound healing and multidimensional energy activation. I do not teach from textbooks. I transmit from experience. From remembrance.

In June 2026 the PRISM™ Method was tested using EEG brain mapping across 19 channels and six frequency bands at a medical centre in Warsaw. The results showed brain wave patterns consistent with deep meditation, neuroplasticity and psychedelic-like states, without any substances. This is not woo woo. This is energy meeting science. And it works.
