You know that feeling when you snap at your kids and then hate yourself for it. When you lie in bed exhausted but your mind will not stop. When you keep waiting for life to feel different and nothing shifts. When you want more clarity, more joy, a better relationship, a way out of the version of yourself you have outgrown, but you cannot seem to get out of your own way.

That is not a personality problem. That is stuck energy. And stuck energy has a solution.

I am Natalia, founder of Luv Yourself Space and creator of the PRISM™ Method, an internationally accredited approach to Kundalini Activation, breathwork and non-duality, recognised by IPHM, the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. Over 17 years I have worked across the body, the mind and the energetic field, moving through fitness, nutrition, psychology, somatics, trauma work, yoga, sound healing and multidimensional energy activation. I do not teach from textbooks. I transmit from experience. From remembrance.

I did not come here to repeat a method. I came here to set people free.

In June 2026 the PRISM™ Method was tested using EEG brain mapping across 19 channels and six frequency bands at a medical centre in Warsaw. The results showed brain wave patterns consistent with deep meditation, neuroplasticity and psychedelic-like states, without any substances. This is not woo woo. This is energy meeting science. And it works.

PRISM™ is currently the first and only Kundalini Activation method in the world to undergo scientific validation at this level — and Natalia Bareikis is the only practitioner bringing it to London.

In a session with me you will move through conscious connected breathwork to shift your state quickly and safely, experience a natural activation of your Kundalini energy, release what the body has been holding, and arrive somewhere the mind rarely lets you reach: deep presence, clarity, and a sense of your own power that does not need anything outside of you to feel real.

Integration does not stop when the session ends. It continues in the days that follow, in how you sleep, how you speak, how you show up.

You do not need any experience. You do not need to believe in anything. You just need to be willing to be in the room and let the energy move.

Spaces are limited.

With luv, Natalia x
