What is KAP?
• KAP is a direct Kundalini Transmission that activates the Awakening of the Kundalini. Some consider it a cathartic experience, or something that gives them deep insights or realisations. Many experience an emotional or physical release of energy, while others report visual experiences or bliss states. A rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system can happen with continued exposure. However, KAP needs to be experienced to be understood.

What happens during a KAP session?
• You lie down on a yoga mat and some music will be played. At times the facilitator may press some of the chakras or meridian points on your body in order to activate the energy.

What Might You Experience During the Class?
While the experience is unique for every person, common experiences can include:

ENERGETIC: Feeling heat, vibrations and/or other sensations of energy in the body.

MOVEMENT: Spontaneous movement of the body (i.e yoga asanas, mudras, shaking) that opens and aligns the energy system

VISUALS: Visual experiences (i.e. seeing colours, patterns, light, or astral journeys)

EMOTIONAL RELEASE: Spontaneous laughter, vocal release, crying, and other releases of stuck/suppressed emotion, along with feelings of love, joy, lightness etc.

BLISS STATES: Profound sense of oneness, connection with source, and pure blissful joy.

Please remember no person will experience KAP in the exact same way and your experience will vary each time you experience KAP. Kundalini works with your energetic needs at that moment in time.
