Kundalini is often described as a life-force energy that rests within us: an innate intelligence that can begin to move when we create the conditions to soften, listen and receive.

Unlike many practices where we are actively doing something — controlling the breath, moving the body, focusing the mind — Kundalini Activation invites a different relationship.

You simply lie down and receive.

Through music, energetic transmission and a carefully held space, you are invited to soften the thinking mind and surrender into the intelligence of the body.

There is nowhere to get to.
Nothing to perform.
Nothing to force.

The invitation is simply to listen.

To allow your own energy to move in the way it wants to move.

For some, this may be felt physically through spontaneous movement, shaking, stretching or subtle sensations. For others, it may move through emotion, imagery, insight, sound, deep stillness or expanded states of awareness.

There is no right way to experience this practice.

For me, the potency of Kundalini Activation isn't necessarily in having a dramatic experience. It is in cultivating a deeper sensitivity to ourselves — to the subtle language of the body, our intuition, our inner knowing and the current of life moving through us.

Over time, the practice can become less about what happens on the mat and more about how we meet life beyond it.

More present.
More discerning.
More connected to ourselves.

What is Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini is a concept with roots in yogic and tantric traditions, where it is described as a latent life-force or spiritual energy within the body.

Kundalini Activation is a receptive energetic practice that works with this principle through transmission rather than effort.

During the session, you remain fully conscious and in choice throughout. As facilitator, I work intuitively within the energetic field while you are invited to surrender control and allow your own experience to unfold.

Rather than trying to manufacture an awakening or force energy through the body, the practice is an invitation into relationship with your own inner current.

What might you experience?

Every session — and every body — is different.

You may experience:

Spontaneous movement, stretching, shaking or mudras
Changes in sensation, temperature or energy
Emotional release
Imagery, memories or insights
Vocal expression
Deep stillness or relaxation
Expanded or altered states of awareness
A heightened sense of connection to yourself

You don't need to make any of these things happen.

There is nothing to achieve and no particular experience you are supposed to have. Your invitation is simply to remain curious, listen to your body and allow yourself to receive.

Preparing for the session

Please wear, loose, comfortable clothing (ideally white or being) and bring anything you need to feel comfortable lying down.

Avoid a heavy meal for approximately two hours beforehand. A light snack is absolutely fine if needed.

No previous experience with Kundalini, yoga, meditation or energy work is required.

Please arrive with enough time to settle into the space before we begin.

Contraindications

Kundalini Activation can involve strong physical, emotional or altered-state experiences and may not be appropriate for everyone.

Please contact me before booking if you are currently experiencing, or have a history of:

Psychosis, schizophrenia or other conditions involving loss of contact with reality
Uncontrolled epilepsy or seizures
Significant neurological conditions
Recent major surgery or significant physical trauma
Active substance withdrawal
Any physical or psychological condition that may be affected by an emotionally or somatically intense experience
