Join us for a transformative Kundalini Activation Class designed to heal and awaken your mind, body, and spirit. This healing ceremony harnesses the power of Kundalini energy, helping you release stagnant energy and embark on a profound journey of self-discovery. Participants will experience stress reduction and a reset of the nervous system, leading to increased energy, mental clarity, and enhanced creativity.

Preparation

No prior experience is needed. All you need is an openness to receive and the willingness to surrender. You’ll lie down and relax, embarking on a journey of self-discovery. May you heal, learn, and grow to feel empowered and inspired to create a life full of expression, joy, and happiness.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for a 5PM start
Doors will be closed strictly at 5PM
Wear comfortable clothing and socks
Avoid eating immediately before the session
Avoid alcohol and stimulants (e.g., coffee) prior to the class
Set an intention for your journey!

What to Bring

Water bottle
Yoga Mats, Eye Masks and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own
